Frequently asked questions

Questions

What does Rotor do?

Rotor encrypts everything you do online on your device and sends it through the nearest fast Rotor server. Your Wi‑Fi and your internet provider see only encrypted traffic, and we keep no logs of it.

Do you keep logs?

No. We don't record your traffic, DNS queries, browsing history or IP address. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we do store to run your account.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 16 or later. Android, Mac and Windows are coming later.

How do I sign in?

With Apple, with Google, or with a one‑time code sent to your email. There is no password to create or remember.

How many devices can I use?

Your plan includes a device limit. You can see every device you're signed in on in the app and sign out of any of them to free a slot.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or tap “Manage subscription” in the app, and turn off auto‑renew.

I have a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?

Install Rotor, sign in the same way as before, and tap “Restore purchases” if your plan isn't shown straight away.

How do I delete my account?

In the Rotor app, open your account and tap “Delete account”. Access ends immediately, and the remaining account records are erased within 90 days — see our Privacy Policy. This doesn't cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

Who can use Rotor?

Rotor is for people aged 18 and over. See our Terms of Use.
